Master the breath. Enter stillness.
Service Description
This online course offers a guided journey into the ancient yogic practices of pranayama and meditation, rooted in classical yogic tradition and adapted for modern living. Pranayama (breathing techniques) and dhyana (meditation) are the subtle, inward practices of yoga that guide the practitioner from the breath to stillness of the mind. Suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners and sincere seekers alike. This course does not require any prior knowledge, each session introduces subtle breathing practices and meditation to cultivate inner balance and clarity. Through consistent practice you will learn to observe and refine the natural rhythm of the breath, helping to balance breath and calms the nervous system. As the breath slows, the nervous system softens, allowing stillness to arise within self without pressure. Practiced online in a safe and supportive environment, this online offering invites you to pause, breathe, and rest in silence - where true yoga begins.
